This free space is provided by Military-Net.Com.
Any pages abusing this free service will be deleted. Any pages linking to sites of a hateful or pornographic nature will also be deleted. SPAM/UCE mailing of any sort will not be permitted. Upon evidence that such an act has occurred, Military-Net.Com will terminate the account, retain IP logs and pass along any expenses incurred.
All FREE pages carry a banner. It is required that this code and link remain in place to avoid bothersome pop-up windows. Any attempt to block or hide the banners from showing on your site will result in termination.
Members of this service retain all copyrights to their original materials.
The purpose of the Terms and Conditions policy (TOCP) is to provide clear expectations for Military-Net.Com users.
Terms of Use:
1.) No Porn, Warez, "File Archive", or MP3 Sites are allowed. You also may not link to any of those types of sites.
2.) You site may not contain foul language, hate propaganda, pyramid schemes, or anything illegal.
3.) By agreeing you authorize Military-Net.Com to place banner on the top of your pages. You may not collect advertising revenue from your site. You can advertise your company or products here, but you can not get paid from an outside source to advertise on your page. Link Exchange type ads are acceptable. Commercial accounts are available for most types of businesses
4.) You may not send unsolicited e-mail, spam to newsgroups, or spam to internet search engines with reference to your Military-Net.Com web site.
5.) Military-Net.Com makes no guarantee as to the availability of service.
6.) Pages will be removed, if there is no activity for more than 60 days.
7.) Your page must be acceptable for all ages.
8.) This is not an anonymous service, you must give the required information, if there is a problem with this please email us at accounts@military-net.com.
9.) Military-Net.Com reserves the right to delete any page it feels unacceptable for any reason without prior notice.
10.) Pages must be edited within 3 days of sign-up or face deletion.
11.) Please note that 5 mbs space applies to .html and .htm files, in addition to your guest book and wwwboard. If you are in need of a lot of space please send email to accounts@military-net.com.
Conditions of Use:
By using any service Military-Net.Com provides, you agree to observe all of the provisions of these Terms of Service and Operating Rules as they may be in effect from time to time. Military-Net.Com reserves the right to make changes to this policy without prior notification to users.
Internet Etiquette:
You are expected to be familiar with and to practice good Internet etiquette (Netiquette). You will comply with the rules appropriate to any network to which Military-Net.Com may provide access.
You will not post, transmit, or permit Internet access to information you desire to keep confidential. You will not post or transmit any information or software that contains a virus, illicit code or other harmful components. You will not post or transmit any material that is pornographic, sexually graphic, or for solitication. You will not post any material that is illegal, libelous, tortious, or likely to result in retaliation against Military-Net.Com by offended users. Military-Net.Com reserves the right to refuse or terminate access at any time.
You agree to indemnify and hold Military-Net.Com harmless from any damage to Military-Net.Com's business, service, equipment, network, operations, or reputation resulting from your actions including without limitation any government actions, acts of vandalism or other retaliation, and any claims of libel, unfair competition, infringement of any patent, copyright, trademark, service mark, or other intellectual property right, violation of privacy, or other tort.
SPAM/UCE:
SPAM/UCE mailing of any sort will not be permitted. You will be held accountable for all actions including any SPAM/UCE originating from your logged I.P. network account, network device or any SPAM/UCE mailing that causes Military-Net.Com to respond regardless of point of origin.
Upon Notification that such an act has occurred, Military-Net.Com will terminate the account, retain IP logs and may in turn pass along any expenses incurred.
Password Protection:
Users are responsible for protecting their password and for any authorized or unauthorized use made of your password. You will not use or permit anyone to use Military-Net.Com's service to guess passwords or access other systems or networks. In the event a network or network device becomes compromised, Military-Net.Com will assist in the tracking and/or expulsion of said offender on the network level to an extent they find reasonable. Military-Net.Com is not responsible for securing a customer account beyond the equipment Military-Net.Com installs.
Illegal Activity:
Use of Military-Net.Com service for illegal or improper activity of any kind, including unauthorized usage as previously described, forged header or user identification information and/or software piracy is prohibited. Military-Net.Com will fully cooperate with law enforcement authorities in the detection and prosecution of illegal activity.
