This study guide has been prepared to assist those personnel recommended to appear before screening boards,
i.e., Promotion, Soldier of the Quarter, etc. Remember as a candidate, you will be competing against the top soldiers
of your unit or post. To fully prepare yourself to meet the challenge, each candidate should become thoroughly

This study guide should not be construed to be the only questions a board will ask. It is a guide to make you aware of
the type of questions a board may ask and the most common areas of questioning. To completely prepare yourself,
